*Uploaded designs must be clear with resolution 300 dpi or more. Please refrain from using other people's work unless you have a permission or a license to do so. Pre-purchased tumbler wraps from Etsy are ok as long as the seller gives the ok for use.

If paying for customization, please be as detailed as possible as to what you want your design to include. A proof will be sent to you via email for your approval before the design is printed on the cup. Once the proof is approved by you and production has started, changes are unable to be made.
Disclaimer: We wouldn't recommend any opf the glow tumblers for designs that are really dark in color, you will not be able to see the glow through the ink. Glow tumblers work best with designs that are light or designs that have a mix of dark and light. Glow will show through lighter parks of the design only.
